- This competition will be a competition between your respective platuns.
- You will need to prepare a set of Asian cuisine menu which consists of a main dish, a dessert and drinks.
- ONLY stove and fire is provided. You will need to bring your own ingredients, cooking utensils and other necessary materials to prepare the food.
- You are required to discuss thorougly among your teammates and decide on what to cook, how you want to cook and what ingredients you need to prepare.
- DON'T FORGET TO BRING THE INGREDIENTS! Any doubts feel free to ask us.
