Message from Activity Department ;

To all KRS members,

We are organising a trip to FRIM, which is Forest Research Institute of Malaysia, on the 20th of April 2013, which is the 3rd Saturday of April.
The details for the event are as followed:

a. Date : 20th of April 2013, 3rd Saturday of April
b. Time : 8.00 a.m. – 3 p.m.
b. Venue : FRIM, Kepong, Selangor
c. Price : RM25, inclusive of Lunch, Bus and Entrance Fee
d. Activity : Canopy walk, Trekking
e. Number of participants : 60, all Forms

Right now the proposal is in the process of being approved but we are starting to register people for the trip to FRIM, so bring RM25 and register in front of the KRS room at the following times :

a. 9.45 a.m. - 10.15 a.m. (Form 4 and Form 5 recess time)
b. 1.00 p.m. - 1.30 p.m.
c. 3.55 p.m. - 4.15 p.m. (Afternoon session recess time)

For those who do not know what the canopy walk is, it is a bridge that is built on the canopy of the forest and it is pretty high up off the ground, allowing you to look at panoramic views of the whole FRIM institution.

Registration starts at Monday, 25th of February and the dateline for registration is on the 8th of March 2013, which is a Thursday, and we are only registering a maximum of 60 people including the AJKS, so do hurry up and register for this trip.

Do note that this trip to FRIM and the Junior camp are two different things that are happening on two different days so do not mess them up, and have a nice day :)

Disclaimer
1. Note that once you have paid and registered, the money will not be refundable as part of the money will be given as deposit.If you were to receive a refund, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the full amount.
2. The date of the activity will not change if the weather is unfavourable due to the following reason:

a. The bus and food has been paid for for that day and cannot be rescheduled if it rains suddenly on that day.
3. We will carry on and head to FRIM if the weather is unfavourable.

Well, we are having our Orientation Day this Saturday (12/1/13). Details are as below :

Date : 12/1/13 (Saturday)
Time : 7.30 am to 1 pm
Attire : Old members - Half-U with sports shoes.
           New members - PJPK shirt or House shirt with track bottoms and sports shoes.

** Please gather infront of KRS room situated at the field near the sandpit. **
- Please bring RM10 to show us your support for our event.
- Lunch (BBQ) are provided.
- Please bring water bottles and extra shirts in case you feel like changing after our event.
- Lastly, PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL. Our activity starts on time.
